Trouble In Store By Carol Cox

I just finished Trouble In Store By Carol Cox. This is the second book by Mrs Cox I’ve read and I loved it as much as the first. In fact I stayed up well into the night to finish it! It had a great blend of romance and mystery. Melanie Ross Was fired as a governess due to a mean-hearted little boy’s lies. With no remaining family she travels to Arizona hoping her deceased cousin’s partner will give her a job in the general store they owned. She does not find the welcome she was hoping for but is able to find a way to get her foot in the door by claiming part ownership. What she doesn’t expect is to find is herself in search for a killer when her and love interest Caleb find the fingers pointed at them for a stranger’s murder on the store’s back porch. I have to admit I didn’t figure out who the killer was until it was revealed.  I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants something a little different from the typical love story.  Melanie Is a spunky kind of girl with a big heart who sometimes lets her temper get the better of her. I enjoyed having a slightly flawed heroine.

By the way my next review is in the works. Keep watching for The Hero’s Lot (The Staff and the Sword series) By Patrick W. Carr

At the moment I have 1… I’m totally ok with talking to myself on occasion but I could really use 29 more people if you would be willing.. If you have a WordPress account I will gladly follow you in return. Am I begging.. Yes a little.
